 Output format.

 Lower bound of aperiodicity.
- upper_boundfloat <= 1
 Upper bound of aperiodicity.

 Window length in msec.

 A number used to stabilize colesky decomposition.

 Compute aperiodicity measure.
- Parameters:

 Waveform.

 F0 in Hz.
